HELLO! I can’t wait to see you again! Here are some helpful hints in scheduling:

  • SCHEDULE: If you need a time not listed, use the wait list feature and we will let you know if the day/time can be accommodated. Saturdays will return with the next school year.

  • LOCATION: PhysioForward is located inside CYT Performing Arts Center on Mark Dabling Blvd. Please check in when you arrive on-site via the provided QR code or at PhysioForward.JaneApp.com/checkin. I will then meet you at the stage door.

  • YAMUNA GROUP CLASSES: Bring a mat and your Yamuna balls if you have them. Summer (June/July) discounted package is available!

  • VISIT TYPE: CYT/Cultivate sessions are for students of that Performing Arts Center only. CYT/Cultivate families may use general session types as well. This is due to occasional time or space limitations on rehearsal and performance days.
